Through luxury custom garments, signature upcycled statement pieces, and hands-on sewing education, we merge craftsmanship with purpose.

MEET Karolyne Ashley
Karolyne Ashley — affectionately known as KA — is a couture designer, creative director, educator, and founder of Karolyne Ashley Studio.
With over 15 years of experience spanning international fashion design, production management, sustainable manufacturing, and wardrobe styling for film and media, Karolyne has built a reputation for merging bold femininity with structured excellence. Her work has ranged from launching couture eveningwear collections to driving large-scale production growth — always with a commitment to ethical practices and refined execution.
Karolyne studied fashion in London and Paris, refining her technical foundation while expanding her global perspective on couture design. Her collections have been showcased in fashion shows and exhibits around the world, including New York Fashion Week and Arise Fashion Week in Nigeria — experiences that continue to influence the elevated yet culturally rich aesthetic of the brand.
Motherhood and homeschooling reshaped Karolyne’s perspective on education and legacy. Supporting her children’s academic and emotional growth renewed her passion for skill-based learning and inspired her to create sewing programs that cultivate focus, independence, and creative confidence in the next generation.
Rooted in her Bahamian and African American heritage, and raised among entrepreneurs and global thinkers, Karolyne believes deeply in legacy-building. Whether designing a couture gown, creating a custom upcycled blazer, or developing structured sewing programs, her work is anchored in one belief:
