At Karolyne Ashley we ensure that every garment is made with supreme quality and care. If you have an issue with your purchase please contact the Karolyne Ashley Team within 5 days of you receiving your order.

• Returns may only be processed within 14 days of your item delivery.
• For full refund on your purchase, items must be in the original packaging, unworn, with all tags in place.
• Once the item has been received and inspected in the Karolyne Ashley Studio you will have the option of receiving a Full Refund or Store Credit to use towards your next purchase.
• Shipping fees associated with return items are not covered by KarolyneAshley.com.
• Return shipping labels will be provided at the time of your Return request.
• Any fees associated with the return item will be deducted from your final refund.
